Excellent, easy to find butter in Paris/France

I am currently fighting for my life during this Paris heatwave, but one small concession, both now and in the general chaos of life, is French butter.

TikTok will have you fighting through the crowds at Le Grand Epicerie and spending 9 euro for a block of Bordier, which is of course very, very, very good butter, but there are other options.

During this current stint I’ve been picking up Grand Fermage butter at my local grocery store and it’s excellent, affordable, and easily available.

Perfect is often the enemy of good, perhaps especially when it comes to French butter.
